Immaculate, recently renovated 1/1 condo in the heart of Gulf Shores across from beach.
Bedroom has 2 full size beds that can sleep 4 comfortably.
Unit also features a dining counter with seating for 4, a stacked washer and dryer & wifi.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
There is a coffee maker, toaster and blender.
Unit is well stocked with coffee, filters, paper towels, kitchen linens, trash bags, toilet paper, dish/hand/body soap, shampoo/rinse, clothes and dish pods.
There are beach towels, some beach toys, beach buggy, throw blankets, pack and play, fresh flowers, throw blankets, card games, towels, hand towels and washcloths.
The Cove condominium is located 0.7 miles from The Hang Out (59/West Beach Blvd). The Cove is across the street from the beach and is located where W Beach Boulevard splits into Lagoon Avenue next to Pier 33. Pier 33 is a convenient mart and coffee shop. Unit A113 is located in the A building which is the front building. There is 1 flight of stairs. No elevator.
The complex offers beach access, outdoor (same level as condo) pool, BBQ grills, a lagoon side pier and a small boat launch (small boat, kayak or jet ski). Bring your own.
The pool is indirectly in front of the condo which makes it nice if you have smaller children. Pool is surrounded by a spacious sundeck and gazebo with benches.
The Gulf of Mexico is just across the street. Beach buggy supplied to ease the walk.
Unit has 1 covered parking space with additional parking near the boat launch.

Upon leaving empty fridge, start dishwasher, take out garbage and check air setting. Do not start laundery or strip the beds. Hang wet towels as best you can.
Full refund if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled within 2 weeks of arrival. Less than 2 weeks arrival there will be no refund.
10% off for all verified Police, Fire, EMS or military personnel. Thank you for your service.

Perfect place!
The condo was absolutely adorable! Perfect for 2 people. Very cozy and warm feel. Ann was super nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Vacate to!!
This was one of the best stays in Gulf Shores. It started when I walked in the door and Ann (the host) had placed fresh cut flowers on the Kitchen bar!! So thoughtful . I usually stay on the beach but it was just a short walk across the street...and the condo was beautiful. It was just like the pictures showed and all the appliances are brand new and the bed was super comfortable! I Totally recommend this as anyone’s next stay
